I think it must have something to do with efficiency loss , not sure .

Think i'll order the Orion in 3.5t which is 9130kv , thats 67562 rpm with 2s and theoretical top speed of 157mph with the 65/40 gearing .

Heck i haven't even driven anything over 60mph ,and even with the 72t spur and 25t pinion i already have , that's 129mph theoretical top speed which one of these pan cars would not handle too well anyway without being modified and niether would the driver

I think i'll be happy with a car that handles and can get over the 85.45mph record in the scale class .
Maybe the above speeds would be nice if attemting the open world record of 161mph but not for me at the moment .
