Maybe they're thick enough that it doesn't matter, but I know wire length has been a big concern in the past with giving problems to brushless systems.

i agree with you completely. there is a way it could be done but as it sits the truggy is perfectly balanced. i want to get this Mugen conversion for that specific reason. check out the pic at impaktrc.

this setup is ideal. you would only need a couple inches of wire from the batt, esc, and motor. however, it is not avail yet. impakt is taking pre-orders now and expect to have it in a couple of weeks. i may build one still just cuz i love the layout and plus i have heard great things about Mugen. but i couldnt wait to have a truggy so that is why i went with this losi setup for now. if they would have had the conversion for the Mugen available two weeks ago i would have built it. there are rolling chassis kits on ebay for under $500.
but now with the brushless revo i may have to just go with it and forget the Mugen. i love those brushless REvos!!! decisions, decisions.
