Yeah, getting a maxx diff out is pretty easy. Just remove one bulkhead. So 2 screws in the shock tower, 2 screws on the bumper mount, 2 screws where the chassis mounts, and 2 screws on the skidplate. I usually remove the center driveshaft pin, and the 2 driveshaft pins before any other screws. A clean truck helps too!
