also a fair choice. Tho, suicideneil had his 9xl burn out kinda quick on him. I think the term he used was "spinning toaster of death".

I actually have a brand new one of these (HC 9xl) I have yet to find a project for.

I know others have used the kB45 with success in the e-revo, thats why I recommended it. Like I said, I'm not too familiar with the e-savage, so I'm unaware of their normal weight. I assumed about 12lbs

If you do go with the 9xl, I recommend getting the RCM heatsink. Not just for offsetting the heat, but also because it has a bar on the end that will help keep the endbell in place. I have heard reports of the endbell screwing off, so the RCM heatsink should help prevent this.
