I would go with a Medusa, by the time you buy a clamp for a Feigao your close to the same price. The Medusa will run cooler without a heat sink than a feigao with one, with the same gearing, from my experience. The Medusa isn't the cheapest, but by far the best bang for your buck! The feigao might last and maybe it won't, for the extra few bucks get the Medusa!!!
