They are just stating that it is up to them to decide. CC are a good company and will honor the warranty if it is applicable to the problem.

Ahh, OK. They are definitely great when it comes to repairs, I sent in my 1st Mamba Max because it started pouring smoke out (this happened shortly after it went for a drink in a drainage ditch
) and they replaced it for free!
