You will not have to pay shipping again. If you are a member, they will actually give that shipping back to you.
Yes, the coupon will applied when the combo is shipped out.

THESE will be good then. That would be like having 7400mah and 148 amps when put into parallel, correct?
One more thing. How is hobby city's customer support? Are they great to deal with?
