http://www.crossfit.com/ ....we do these workouts all the time at the station and to be honest its better (and cheaper:) ) than p90x and the excercises and movements are pretty job-specific as far as firefighting goes but it does the same stuff p90x does.....but as with anything, you get out what you put into it...NO CHEATING, finish every rep, diet properly....i do these after my runs...you'll never believe how much hurt can be squeezed into 20min.'s...
