OK, honestly....

I like Linc's Total Gym idea... I've tried one before, and it really does work. The free form pullies make you work a lot of smaller muscles durning the workout which is really important.

The only things I use at home are a pull up bar and a set of Bowflex adjustable dumbells. They are awesome since you can go from 5lbs to 45lbs per dumbell, and take up very little floor space. Other than that I run.

Martial arts is also a great way to get in shape. Being Korean, I've been doing it since I can remember, and it is always a great way to get in shape and blow off some steam. Just find a school that takes pride in their craft. There are too many chop shops where you can "buy" a black belt after a few months of training. Those places are a waste of time. Find a place where they'll bust your ass to move up in rank. Those are the good ones.
