The new owners have to have some information on troy. A very calm and inquisitive phone call to them (or e-mail) may get you more contact information. You might consider talking to the police in his town and informing them of this, credit card fraud is a felony. It might take several tries to get a cop willing to help you, or maybe go as far as calling the district attorney in his county. I would definately send a link of this thread to his current e-mail addy
