The battery trays on the E-revo were the deal killer for me. I purchased a chassis just to see if I could mod it to make room for bigger batteries, and so far no luck. I like having the ability to make my battery trays on my conversion any size I need. Right now I can run dual 5S - if I had one of Lutach's ESC's. Spring dampening is another of the downfalls of the entire Revo line. I'm at the next to last spring on mine just to keep it from dragging on the ground. And nobody makes an aftermarket shock for it yet.

The trays on the Flux look to be removable, and made in a way that would make it easy to make aftermarket boxes for. So far, the best price I found on it is on Tower. I'm going to preorder it here in the next few days. That FM radio still bugs me though. I'll just have to pop for another spektrum reciever.

Losi 8T 1.0, Savage Flux - XL style, LST XXL, Muggy, 3.3 E-Revo Conversion and sitting outside 425hp, 831 Tq Dodge Ram Turbo Diesel. It SMOKES
