why do the same thing as him? Don't you want to be able to beat him? If you really want to destroy him ditch the MT tires and get a set of mini pins, get the Mamba setup, and a Lipo. The MT tires raise the center of gravity a ton and the truck doesn't turn for crap, the mini pins won't last long on blacktop and won't get much traction on concrete so pick a tire according to the surface as long as the diameter is smaller. I haven't heard much about the losi 1/18 systems but several have had problems with the 1/10 and 1/8th systems. Anything more than 2s lipo and you will need to upgrade the entire driveline. 5400kv gave me speeds near 30MPH in my rc18t on 2s with 55/15 gearing.
