I too am very interested in a whole chassis conversion from Mike. Hopefully it isn't too long...
I don't know for sure that the Kyosho spur fits, but I can only assume it does because the Lightning Stadium motor mount fits with the stock D8 diff, and the stock lightning diff fits the Kyosho spur perfectly. So assuming they use the same center diff, they should work. Worst case, you can always just buy the lightning center diff separately.
I'll be on vacation all this week so no updates on the build until next weekend.
