Yeah I would first try thickening up your center diff fluid. I'd try 10k. Some people go higher. With brushless conversions on heavy accelleration you tend to unload a lot more power to the front than you'd imagine.
And as for the deans - just try to rid the circuits of as much resistance as you can. Shorten wires as much as you can, check your joints, use clean/new plugs, etc. The less resistance the less heat there will be.
