Well, up until about 3 weeks ago I would have tool you to throw them away, but I now have more experience with submerged lipos. I built a waterproof truck, and in my testing subjected some lipos to alot of water, most of it salty. I will say that the shrink will have to come off, and the tabs will need to be checked and cleaned, requiring the cells to be dismantled. Best to replace the balance taps and wires as they will cause problems later on. The main wires will need to be changed and so will the deans plugs.
