I have a r/c buddy/friend locally, actually 2 guys, who use the 989 and charge Lipo's with it. I have had GREAT luck and really like all the MRC chargers. I've had 2 959's and I presently use a 977 Pro. But the 977 isnt Lipo friendly. And I gotta run a lipo in my crawler.

I swore I'd get a 989 next but I guess I have a bug up my butt for a Hyperion. Guess, I better get a couple of Lipo's now, huh?

I found a deal on a used 606i so I guess I will have a go at the Hyperion in a few days no doubt.

I have my 977 Pro charger on ebay but I think I'm gonna pull it. I would be going from a dual charger to a single charger. And that didnt seem like the best idea for now.
