http://mutualscrew.com/ is one too, but boltdepot is cheaper. I have bought from them many times, I have a few thousand screws and bolts for my rigs here. PERFECT for crawler builds, just have an assortment on hand.
Black oxide screws are nice and strong. Stainless tends to bend and shear much easier.
