The flat and button heads do only come in 10.9, socket heads are 12.9. In my experience there hasn't been much of a difference between 10.9 & 12.9. The diff in tensile strength is just ~15%, and shearing str is just a fraction of that (which is how most of my bolts fail.) Both are better than 8.8, which alot of packaged RC bolts are.
The only crappy part is that you have to buy larger quantities, but if you are looking for them, they seem the best way to go. I tend to get boxes of common screw sizes (such as 3x10mm PH ) MMC is good about having tons of uncommon styles and sizes as well which can be useful.

McMaster is grrrrr-eat for getting bunches of stuff. I usually have my cousin add my orders to his large industrial orders, so I don't know how much they charge for shipping. Is there a shipping estimate or rate table on the site somewhere? Thank you.
