I don't think it's going to be that bad actually.

When you disable the internal bec on the mm, you rid yourself of ALOT of heat. It is a linear bec, which means it gets pretty hot doing its job.

The addition of the Novak 2700uf capacitor really helps temps too.

Then we have the fan. (Brain G's nemesis module........LOL) I was tempted to drill holes in the side of the lower casing on the MM. Then match those up with holes in the enclosure. This would force air across the lower part of the power board, the brain board.

The fan pressurizes the box somewhat as long as you don't drill too many holes for the air to exit. With this in mind, just drill holes in the hotspots and the heat will bleed off those areas quickly.

One other thing I like about the box is, it gives you additional surfaces to mount things.
