Ok! So my dad went to a christmas party tonight at his work (currier at hospital) and at the beginning the main guy was at the front of the room giving a speech and then all of a sudden he called my dad's name. He went up and then they annouced he was picked to be the recipient of the gift of sight. He is one of the four people selected every year to receive free lasic eye surgery!
This is great news. You see, my dad is literally "legally blind". He was planning on getting this $6,000 dollar surgery in the next 5-10 years, but now...
Oh wow he is going to be in a great mood the next couple weeks!
