I am trying to behave myself. I will only poke fun at the british members here from now on, and JayJay283 (cause he deserves it, honestly). Seems like my humor is lost on many, but the Brits can handle it!

Anyways seems like whatever I could have tested Arct1k about has been edited out...

Now as far as the 5c rates go, I guess the electrolyte chemistry has changed, or the method of attaching the tabs to the anode and cathode is better. Most lipos can discharge at rates above 5c, they must have found a way to manage recharging better.

From what I can remember most dc batteries (are there any other kind?) discharge easier than the recharge. Lead acid batteries readily give up electrons from the zinc to the copper (or vice-versa, I can't remember), but are not to fond to give it back, thus slower charge rates work best for those. Seems like the nano-phosphate tech is the best so far at accepting high amp charges. So maybe it is just a combination of increased tolerances, material improvements and better chemistry...
