Yeah, I am a one tone guy myself for lexan bodies, and even though I own an airbrush... I still use tamiya spray paint. I tried some of the automotive basecoat that I use at the shop... It did not stick very well, but i should have used some bulldog adhesion promoter before I shot the color on it. I am also not too fond of taping the inside of the body, but I am good with a rozor blade so the masking is not too bad. I need some more practice that is for sure. If only rtr bodies were twice as thick, that would be perfect for me!
