If you use mech brakes which you will have to anyways I would reccomend a Hobbywing Sentilion 100a 12s ESC and as for lipos if you want budget check out
www.unitedhobbies.com and take a look into the flightmax packs and if not check into flightpower, neu energy, thunder power, true r/c etc... I reccomend running 8-10s, 10s max seeing that the kv on that motor is higher.
