400w/24v is under 17 amps. You're running 37v so that would be an estimated 650w. 650w/37v is 17.5a... WTF that's not right.
It would pull more amps...
It should work. The esc is good to 3700w at 10s and nearly 4.5kv at 12s lipo. That esc gets good reviews too. I am thinking about getting that too for my electric bike...
