Titanium is a no no since it'll snap instead of bend. Steel one's are the way to go.

Try to drill them out. If it's steel there's no problem, i've done this myself 2 time's without a problem.(stocker's) You take a 2,5 mm drill bit, drill into it and then take a tap and tap into it. When your done tapping, insert a screw and screw it tight. If all goes well, try unscrewing and with a bit of luck come's the pillow ball out.(or what's left of it)

If the tapping went well but the unscrewing didn't, you could try and use red locktite on the screw your inserting into what's left of the pb and wait for it to dry. Also a tip to get threadlock loose is to heat it(carefully).
