I attribute it to the smoking. Kept me young.
I do work out though. Six times a week. 3 days for running five miles and 3 days for lifting to build endurance and definition. I don't mind. I still smoke and I don't really care to quit. I've tried and I just don't think its in the cards for me right now, other than the fact that I have now gone from a socially accepted practice(back during the 80s) to being shunned by the world because everyone is concerned about what I put in my body besides me.
If its good, I'm doing it. Smoke. Drink. Eat fatty foods. Eat sugary foods. Love Carbs. ITS OK, I work out and stay healthy, doesn't mean I need to punish myself.
