Seriously, it doesn't bother me at all that people smoke. I just wish that those who do smoke would do it in a controlled environment so that it doesn't affect anyone else.

I'll give you that. I consider myself to be a considerate smoker. I don't smoke in my, or other people's homes or car. I usually excuse myself outside to "huff one down quick". If I am at social functions where I appear to be the only smoker, I don't smoke.
I know it stinks, and it's expensive and supposedly it's disgusting (chew is way worse in my book).
I do work out regularly and I did find a few easy tips to weight loss, as I did manage to drop 15lbs in two weeks. Just count calories in general. It was actually really depressing at first. I found I was taking in over 3500 calories a day. Between soda and snacks, it was out of hand. I brought my self down to 1800 and stayed with my exercise program and the weight dropped off. I do need to shed a few more as the Army says I'm almost fat, which is my fault as last year I tried to put on 10lbs of muscle and now they say I'm overweight.
