Let's see... I didn't have a chance to weigh in this morning, so I just hopped on the scale now. It read 180.8. Last weeek it was 178.blah blah so I think if I weighed in tomorrow morning it would be similar if not a bit less. I've been doing some more crunches, push-ups, shoulder flys, etc. every other night. I'm still too lazy to do any cardio.

I have a Bowflex Sport but right now I can't really use it because the room it's in is too crowded. No biggie though, it only cost me $85.
