Anyway, I was able to contact ImpaktRC and Neu motors this morning since I couldn't sleep after an earthquake struck at 0500 Tuesday morning (an hour ago). The Neu rep told me to send it in and they'll check and repair it as needed. She also told me that they will let me know if it's warranted or not (not warranted for abuse etc). The shaft won't even rotate at all.

I will be down without a Neu motor for at least a month

. This is one of the things I don't like being stationed overseas. Oh well. I think I will order the Castle combo
