They're not hard to make really, just time consuming without the proper tools. I start by cutting the rough length. Then I drill the 4 CD holes where it should go. Then I trim the sides with a hacksaw and file/dremel until it looks pretty. After that, I make the slight bends so it sits flush with the F/R diffs. Next I cut the ends off and drill necessary holes. Finally, clean and paint.
