A 60mm will do well in a Buggy, a 70mm will be very powerful (possibly too much). IMO a 70mm wouldn't do very well in a race, you've got more power than the tires can handle and you'll unload the front wheels WHILE pulling a wheelie. I've got an 80mm in my Muggy and despite it's immense size, weight, as well as the big heavy tires it pushes it around like a bath toy. My Hyper 7 TQ has a 70mm in it but it's strictly for street use and easily overpowers my onroad tires despite the soft start on my MGM.
