Well, for a given amount of output power, speed (gearing), and battery voltage, the only thing that will increase runtime is a more efficient motor. Both Neus and Medusas are very efficient, so any gains would be minimal I would think - maybe measured in seconds.
So, to gain runtime, I would step up the voltage to 6s lipo and get a motor with a kv around 1800. 6s lipo (22.2v) is pretty close to 6s A123 (19.8v) so you will gain a little there, but the weight advantage of lipo might help more. 6s2p is a pretty heavy battery compared to an equivalent capacity/voltage lipo.
