more updates.....
ok, so i go to put on the rpm shock tower and the holes don't line up very well. the bottom of the shock tower hangs down to far. so i had to shave a small amount off to get the holes to line up.
notice the shaved right side compared to the unshaved left. thats how much had to be removed.
here you can see the bulkhead and arms attached. i didnt put the diff in yet as i wanted to do that the way the QC bulk was intended to be used.
next removed the QC portion of the bulkheads to get ready to instsall the dif. these parts are machined well.the fit is good and they slide in and out hassle free.
in this pic you can see the grooves the QC fits into.
next was time to slide in the front diff.it took a little push to get the diff in but nothing to hard.theres grooves that the pinion collar fit into to keep the diff aligned.you can see them in the pic above.
now it was time to slide the QC back in.went in pretty easy.
so thats as far as i got. just a little more to go and it will be on.
