With close to one million people on the streets of New Orleans partying some thing like this are bound to and often happen. Y'all just don't always hear about it. Say a prayer for the victims and at least this time the perps were caught.

Its sad to hear about things like that......when I was living in the Seattle area in the city of Kirkland back in the 80s they had Moss Bay Days and it was crazy with a lot of people with open containers walking the streets, the cops really couldnt do anything, than once a drunk driver hit a cop car with the cop in the car....that ended the fun........
