Hey guys... I've been wanting to go BL for some time now in my 3905 Emaxx, but was waiting for the right opportunity. I lost a 540 Titan in my 3906 Emaxx the other day, and it got me thinking. I run a Spectrum DSX3.0 radio, and use the EVX-2 in both Emaxx trucks. I could put the 550's from the 3905 in the 3906 and run those till they die. That 3906 is just my "bash around when I'm board at work" truck anyway. My 3905 is my baby. And so maybe I should just take the plunge and go BL on that truck. I love my PedeVXL, and use a 3c Lipo on that one. I'll have to buy either one good 4c battery or maybe two 3c and wire them in series if I go BL.

But my question is... there are so many options for BL that it makes your head spin. The new Mamba 2200v system is great and all, but really expensive. Surely there is a more affordable Mamba system that will be perfect for just backyard bashing (no racing). I gear my truck 66T/19T right now, which is stock. I would be happy to experiement though.

I hear the Novak BL systems have high temp problems over the Mamba. But Mike sells some other motors and ESC's that I'm not real familiar with. So I was looking for some input.
