I like the THS pipe. I use it on my t-maxx with the O.S .18 motor. I haven't tried other pipes on this particular motor, so I can't make a real comparison. the motor and pipe combo runs like hell, though!
I think you will want to go with heavier oil and single hole pistons even with the dual rate springs. The springs only effect how quickly the shocks rebound and the ride height to a degree, all in relation to the dampening level provided by the shocks. Try the 70 weight and see what you think. Everybody will have their own preferences with this stuff. Also, sorry it took so long to reply.
