lol, funny. A computer/console is not usually subjected to the rigors of jumping and rough terrain, not to mention dust, rocks, and other debris. It might surprise you, but my computer does have fans, 7 in fact (4 in case, 1 in PS, 1 on CPU, 1 on GPU).

But if computer makers would simply put the CPU on the other side of the mobo, it would allow the case itself to be the heatsink when you screw the mobo down. Might still need a fan for some of the other stuff, but would sure reduce the amount needed. Would make water cooling a much better alternative too.
