I decided to go back to 5 cells in my DX3R. I use Sanyo 2700 mah nimh cells. They are new and when peaked they pumped out 6.9 volts when I turned on my radio, then after a minute dropped to 6.8V and stayed there. BrianG I'm freaking out again
