I made a flimsy fan out of duct tape, and one out of alum tape. The duct tape one is kinda like the foam fans with the water sprayer at wally world. Just don't get the shaft real hot or the tape adhesive will goo up and the tape will slip off.
I also like the look of the VXL cover,it almost looks stock.
