I use the TDracing mount/single speed conversion and it's great. Very solid, and well worth the money. I've got a 2200Kv and I run it with a 6S 5000MAh Zippy H. It's a monster, and only costs $133 or so. Definitely put the pack up front like linc did, the balance up there is pretty much perfect. You'll really like the end result.
