That one already has a good regulator on it. I've never used a water seperator - but I dont do a LOT of airbrushing. I open up the drain on mine every time I use it, and have never had an issue with water in the air system. I guess if you live in an area that has really high humidity, then it might be needed more.

When you go to purchase them, test fit all the air connectors just to make certain you have the correct ones.
