You're in for a surprise if you think Tower has good Customer service...
The past three times I've ordered from Tower, it has been dropped off at the local Christian Book Store, sometimes, I just wait until the tracking says "delivered" and go up to the bookstore... UPS sucks.
Mike's stuff takes (so far) 2 days and done. In the mailbox.
