First, make sure your MM has the newest firmware (v1.20 currently). The start algorithm is much better with slotted stator motors with the new firmware.

Even then, it will do that "chattering" a bit. It's not true cogging (where large amounts of current flows), so nothing should be harmed. It's just that you are going too slow. Increasing the start power can help with this.

Decrease the "dead band" in the MM ESC setting (via Castle Link) so that the ESC kicks on a little sooner. That will get rid of that rather large movement before the motor starts. Might be a good idea to reset trims/EPAs to 0 on your radio and then recalibrate the radio to the ESC so it knows the true max, min, and neutral throttle points.
