I have the flux center shaft/gear coming for the x tranny (only difference is that part, everything else in the tranny is identical.).

Looking at body choices the firehammer mt body is just about right, and at 70 bucks not too bad. I would have to stretch the tvps out a bit more, looks like using a lst1 wheel shaft both front and rear as the center drives will get the stretch needed. Just need to pick up a few small parts and I can cut the tvps out.

Battery mounting looks pretty easy. I can use some of the thick delrin I have hanging around to make a battery try, and can also use that to tie the steering bellcranks to and mount the steering servo. The battery will have to sit slightly to one side but that will help offset the motor sitting on the other side. I will most likely mount the MMM as the flux mounts it. I may have to go bigger than the 1515 2d for this truck... Maybe the 1521 1y I have laying around... Plus I also have the flm towers and lst shock mounting kit. I doubt this will weigh much more than the flux, but I want some power.
