Keep up the work guys! Keep on doing what you're doing until you can do it longer and faster! Just don't slack off!
I weighed 136 this morning. I think it may be due to a little less hydration due to a baseball game last night where I didn't drink much water and not eating anything yet this morning. Hopefully I'll make it back up to 140 soon....
