I think you'd be fine with a Truggy, but if you have your heart set on a Savage then get it. I can't see you going wrong with a Buggy, Truggy, or Savage and if the Savage is what you want then it is the right choice. I had a Revo, and it was fun to drive and bash but my Muggy will outhandle it and is built to handle lots of power. A Truggy will handle well on the street (suspension will be a bit soft for street use if you want it to be bashable offroad, but it will work), drive well in grass as long as it's not too long, and once you get it in the dirt it will truly come alive.
