I chose the Mantis because Robitronics Headquarter is a 5 minute drive from my place. Spare parts are no problem thus.

There is no motor mount availabe for this truggy, so will have to come up with something on your own. Or use the multipurpose motor mount from tecno.

There sure are better truggys then the mantis from a quality point of view: Mugen Mbx5t, losi eight-T ...

Here is my conversion.

A muggy is a heavier vehicle then a a classic truggy and will need a bigger motor, better batteries to get it moving like a truggy. The muggy features higher quality parts then the mantis.
