That idea sounds good, I thought about something like that as well.
I ended up with the towing of this old mower thing because of the simplicity and all... I just un-hook the thing and the truck is back to "stock". Change the gearing and it's a pretty decent basher.
Only thing I see with a mower tool up front would be hitting objects. Towing behind is easy, just hard to get the corners.
