Thanks guys for your great ideas.
I was thinking of to drill it off with a big (10mm) drill bit, but this requires to remove the rotor while Medusa motors are not rebuildable design and may be damaged when forced open. Dremel/grind it off is another choice but may hurt the shaft by a minor mistake, the metal dust will likely kill the front bearing as well. Looks like to enlarge the hole on the motor mount or adding a spacer are the only ways to go.
