Yeah, that's what I thought. Near the bottom of the
review I posted for the 80A version, there is a link for a video. It's kinda blurry, but you can definitely hear the lurching which I suspect is what you're seeing. Generally, true cogging is where the motor doesn't actually turn a complete revolution, but sits there quickly oscillating back and forth (and pulls a lot of ESC-killing current while doing so).
